This policy explains what information 12x Works ("we") collects through 12xworks.com, why, and who processes it on our behalf.
Do not send us patient information
This site is not intended to receive protected health information (PHI). Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, claim details or any other patient information in our contact form, booking form or emails. If PHI is sent to us by mistake, we delete it as soon as we notice it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company, and what you tell us you'd like to automate.
- Call bookings: your name, email address, the time you choose, any note you add, and which button you used to book.
- Site analytics: aggregate, anonymous usage such as page views, referring sites, country, device type, and which buttons were clicked. We do not use cookies and do not collect personal data for analytics.
How we use it
We use your contact and booking details only to reply to you, hold the call you booked, and follow up about our services. We use analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Netlify hosts this site and stores contact form submissions.
- Cal.com handles call scheduling and stores booking details.
- Plausible Analytics provides cookieless, aggregate site analytics.
We also receive form notifications and booking confirmations by email.
Cookies
12xworks.com does not set cookies. If you open the booking window, Cal.com may use cookies that are strictly necessary for scheduling to work.
Retention and your choices
We keep contact and booking details for as long as needed to talk with you about working together, and delete them when they're no longer needed. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@12xworks.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
